I am trying to write a java program to classify matrices based on their elements. I want to implement this using naive bayes algorithm. Is it possible to implement such classification by only evaluating each row and column?

It is known that if I evaluate each row then I will be able to say that this matrix is either 0 or 1. But my aim is not to evaluate all the rows. Rather just evaluate each row and after seeing the answer, I want to move to the next row and again evaluate it. If I see that one row contains 0, then I know that this matrix is 0. If I see that one row contains 1, then I know that this matrix is 1. I know how to evaluate each row, but how can I implement it using Java and any other algorithm.
I am looking to implement the algorithm in such a way that after I see the first row with one value, I don’t need to evaluate that row again.
